Preparation
  1. Place the sliced bananas in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  2. Freeze the bananas for at least 2 hours or until solid.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, coconut milk, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Freezing
  1. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
  2. Freeze for an additional 2 hours to firm up before serving.

  1. Scoop the banana ice cream into bowls and enjoy!
