Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir gently to coat the blueberries.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and milk, stirring until just combined.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Pour the blueberry mixture into a baking dish. Spoon the topping over the blueberries evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For best results, use fresh blueberries. Frozen blueberries can be used but may require additional baking time.
