Method
Prepare the crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
Make the filling
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Assemble the dessert
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the prepared crust.
- In a separate bowl, toss the fresh blueberries with granulated sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- Top the cream cheese filling with the macerated blueberries.
Chill and serve
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional blueberries if desired.
