Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Cut each ear of corn in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds to create rib-like pieces.
Season the Corn
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto the corn ribs.
Cook the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn ribs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  2. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
