Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers, then thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, and dill.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  2. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
