Ingredients
  

Sandwich Base
  • 8 slices white bread crusts removed
Cucumber Filling
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the thin cucumber slices on half of the bread slices, then top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
Cut and Serve
  1. Cut each sandwich into quarters or triangles. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
