  • 1 can black beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz (with juices)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
