Ingredients
  

  • 12 large Eggs Hard-boiled
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon Crispy, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil the eggs to perfection.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, Sriracha sauce, and paprika until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Crumble crispy bacon on top of the filled eggs.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
