Method
 

Baking the Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, combining until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before poking holes in the top with a fork.
Preparing the Milk Mixture
  1. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
  2. Pour the milk mixture over the cooled cake, ensuring it is fully soaked.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Topping the Cake
  1. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cake.
