Ingredients
  

Mousse Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Topping
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings

Method
 

Prepare Mousse
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
Assemble Dessert Cups
  1. In dessert cups, layer the mousse, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
  2. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a mousse layer on top.
  3. Sprinkle granola and chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the dessert cups for at least 30 minutes before serving.
