  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Process
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F or 190°C).
  3. Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6–8 minutes per side without opening the lid.
  4. Flip the chicken and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer.
  6. Let rest before serving with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
