Preparation Steps

  3. Gently fold in corn kernels, chopped cilantro, and crumbled cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more lime juice or chili powder as desired.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
