Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse asparagus and cherry tomatoes; arrange on one side of the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then add minced garlic and oregano for about one minute until fragrant.
- Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over them and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Roast everything in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the cooked dish before serving.
