Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized (about 15 minutes).
  2. Push onions aside, add ground beef, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Pour in beef broth; bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in gnocchi and cook until heated through (2-3 minutes).
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt (3-5 minutes).
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra thyme if desired.
