Ingredients
  

For the Burgers
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For Serving
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce for topping
  • 1 tomato sliced for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Burgers
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  2. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Place each turkey burger on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
