Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Marinate the Chicken
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Chicken
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your honey BBQ chicken!
