Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best flavor
Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Use your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Chicken
  1. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your honey BBQ chicken!
