- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using eggs and oil. Bake in a greased pan for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl until fine.
- Mix in frosting by hand until well combined and dough-like.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and insert into mini ice cream cones.
- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour to firm up.
- Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each cone into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Add sprinkles while still wet.
- Let set on a plate for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
