  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and ginger until smooth.

  4. Generously spread the miso butter mixture over each fillet.
