Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz Pasta (e.g., rotini or penne) Uncooked
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For coating
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper To taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it cool for a few minutes.
Season and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your pasta chips with your favorite dip!
