Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand
Onion
  • 1 medium onion, diced
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, and spices on top of the chicken.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred with two forks.
  2. Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and mix with the sauce.
  3. Serve on buns or over rice.
