Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, cream cheese, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop mounds of dough onto the baking sheets about two inches apart. Drizzle each mound with salted caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let cool slightly before serving.
