Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs pre-cooked
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 ears Corn cut in half
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the seafood
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and salt.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn, onion, and garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels. Cook until shrimp are pink and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve
  1. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
