In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic until the honey is fully dissolved.
Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon filets lightly with salt and pepper. Place them in the hot skillet flesh-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the salmon filets. Pour the honey garlic glaze directly into the pan. It will bubble up immediately.
Turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook for another 3 minutes, using a spoon to continuously baste the salmon with the thickening, sticky glaze until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
Divide the hot cooked rice between two bowls. Add the steamed broccoli. Place a glazed salmon filet in each bowl and drizzle any remaining sticky sauce from the pan over the top.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
