  • 1 lb sausage optional
Vegetables
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1 cup onions diced
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, diced potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Assembly
  1. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each.
  3. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven.
  2. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
